Описание продукта

1) Горизонтальный ленточный смеситель состоит из U-образных контейнеров, ленточного смесителя и компонентов трансмиссии.
2) Лента в том числе сплошная и раздельная.
3) Спиральный ленточный нож состоит из двойной или тройной внешней спирали, соединяющей материал с обеих сторон. Центральная внутренняя спираль транспортирует материал от центра к сторонам, образуя смешанный поток.

Производительность труда

1) Добавление жидких и пастообразных материалов, смешанных в ленточном смесителе, для смешивания вязких или связных гранул дает хороший эффект. Крышка цилиндра может представлять собой широко открытую дверцу, обеспечивающую возможность очистки оборудования.
2) Может быть добавлен во внешнюю оболочку смесительного цилиндра. Охлаждение или нагрев материала достигается за счет впрыскивания охлаждающей среды в рубашку.
3) Разряд в виде явления скопления материала и смешивания тупиков, надежного уплотнения трима и частых коммутационных протечек.
